The course is set on approximately 140 acres of gently undulating land adjoining the Carbrook Wetlands - an environmental area of national significance. Indeed the first nine holes have been constructed to reflect this theme, propagating native flora and attracting a wide variety of bird life. Tree lined, fairways and winding waterways demand accurate shot making to large elevated greens.

The course is a picturesque 18 hole course measuring 5400 metres over a par of 70. There is just enough water to keep golfers humble and ensure the challenge is never taken for granted.
